Drama Teacher (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week) - Newham
Location: East London
Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London)
Contract: Part-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: September 2025
Smart Teachers is seeking a passionate and dynamic Drama Teacher for a high-achieving, forward-thinking secondary school based in East London. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with excellent resources, strong leadership, and a commitment to creative arts as a vital part of the school curriculum.
The Role
* Deliver engaging and imaginative drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Plan and deliver a rich curriculum that promotes creativity, confidence, and collaboration
* Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular drama productions and workshops
* Work collaboratively with a supportive department and leadership team

The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
