Care Worker – Part‑time Permanent
What's the role about?
As a Care Worker you’ll support residents with learning disabilities, helping them maintain independence, dignity and joy. Your everyday tasks will include assisting with routines, providing emotional support, and contributing to a safe, clean living environment.

What we're looking for
We value caring, reliable, and eager‑to‑learn team members. Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training, including medication administration, will be provided.

The Details
Part‑time, permanent role – 28 hours per week.
Pay: £13.69 – £14.59 per hour (NCC Band 4: £26 403 – £28 142 FTE, pro‑rata for part‑time £19 980 – £21 296).

Shift pattern
3‑week rota with early (7:30 am – 3 pm) and late (2:30 pm – 10 pm) shifts.
1 ½ hour break each shift.
