Key Role Responsibilities:
* Own the growth and engagement strategy for key public sector accounts.
* Build lasting relationships with stakeholders up to C-suite level.
* Drive revenue through strategic upselling and identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
* Craft and maintain account development plans that align with customer needs.
* Articulate client challenges and match them with transformative digital solutions.
Key Attributes Required:
* 3+ years in SaaS account management or technical sales with consistent target achievement.
* Strong stakeholder management and enterprise solution selling experience.
* Consultative communication style with strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot).
* Understanding of the public sector, especially social housing, is a distinct advantage.
