About the roleAs a key member of our visitor-facing team, you'll help design, deliver and promote a wide range of events, activities and visitor experiences. From family-friendly seasonal activities to supporting large park events and frontline customer service positions and welcoming customers to our campsite no two days are the same. You'll use your creativity to bring our parks to life-dressing and stocking visitor centres, generating engaging social media content, and developing fresh ideas that inspire people to visit and return. You'll also welcome, meet and greet our customers on our park and ensure their day and experience is one that they wont ever forget. You won't be afraid to get stuck in with all aspects of our visitor facing customer service roles and will quickly become an expert in everything the park as to offer. This is a handson, varied role perfect for someone who thrives in a busy customerfocused environment and enjoys working outdoors.
