Job description
Our client, a leading UK aerospace MRO, is looking for B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineers to join their team supporting fighter jets and bespoke mission aircraft. This is a rare chance to work on some of the most exciting defence platforms in service today - a step away from routine commercial aviation into high-profile, mission-critical projects.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Carrying out base maintenance on fighter jets and custom aircraft and deployed locations
2. Supporting the Chief Engineer in ensuring safety, compliance, and performance across the hangar
3. Leading by example in technical decision-making, task scheduling, and mentoring junior engineers
4. Completing all maintenance documentation to the highest standard
5. Deputising for the Chief Engineer when required
6. Ensuring engineering activities are delivered on time and to budget, while driving continuous improvement
