About the position
As a Warranty Support Administrator, supporting the Warranty team, you will play an important role in our busy team ensuring day to day tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy. In this role you will be supporting both internal and external customer requirements. Due to the specialist nature of the position, previous experience is not required for this entry level position, however basic knowledge of the Microsoft suite is expected. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the team in monitoring and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify key information
· Obtain, query, and validate as necessary all claim information
· Process of accurate warranty claims within manufacturers guidelines in a timely manner using our inhouse warranty claim management system.
· Process and reconcile claim settlements received from the manufacturer
About the Person

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to follow established processes
· Works well under pressure to meet deadlines by identifying priorities and schedule work appropriately
· Friendly and professional manner
· Act with integrity, discretion and objectivity
· Educated to GSCE (or equivalent) standard
· Knowledge of warranty systems and procedures is not essential
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft package including but not limited to Word, Outlook & Excel
