Job Description
Credit Controller responsibilities:
9. Oversee the credit control process to ensure timely collection of payments
10. Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate actions
11. Maintain accurate records of all credit-related transactions
12. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment discrepancies
13. Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and credit risks
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
15. Assist in setting credit limits for new and existing customers
16. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account queries efficiently
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
17. Experience working in credit control or a similar role
18. A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
19. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for financial management
20. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
21. Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
