We are seeking a detail–oriented freelancer to research and build verified B2B contact lists for janitorial, building maintenance, and landscaping companies across the multiple U.S. states. Each list should include companies with 50+ employees and contain accurate decision-maker contact information (owner, operations manager, or purchasing manager). Deliverables must be organized in Google Sheets and include verified emails, phone numbers, and company websites.
This is straightforward research work with the potential for ongoing projects. Accuracy and reliability are more important than speed.
