Our client, a leading childcare provider in London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time 3rd In Charge – Toddler Room Leader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the toddler room and ensuring the highest quality of care and education for children aged between 18 months and 3 years.
Responsibilities
* Support the Room Leader and Deputy Room Leader in the day‑to‑day running of the toddler room.
* Plan and implement age‑appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress, development, and daily routines.
* Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates and feedback on their child's development.
* Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
* Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
* Passion for supporting the development and well‑being of young children.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

* Salary of £14.00 per hour (equates to £26,208 per annum for a 36‑hour week or £29,120 per annum for a 40‑hour week).

* 40 hours over 5 days, with shifts from 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 6:00.
