This is a role that can be performed working from home on a hybrid basis including working from their office.
Working closely with the Director you will provide support to assist their Commercial and Corporate Clients with their Healthcare and Protection Insurance needs.
Accordingly having a background in Handling Group Risks and Group Life Insurances will be advantageous.
In this busy environment you will also be assisting with an existing portfolio and servicing their needs, while looking after new clients promptly.

The main responsibilities of the Account Handler role include:
1. Handling your own portfolio of business customers
2. Responsible for all aspects of their account including:
3. Processing of new business, re-brokes, renewals
4. Renewal negotiations with Insurers
5. Changes in risk
6. Claims notification (there is a separate claims handling team)
7. Support and preparation of presentations and report writing
8. Regular contact with your customers
9. Assisting with client requests, queries and general client correspondence
10. Developing and maintaining good relations with partner Insurers
11. Processing of new business, re-brokes, renewals
12. Working to specific time deadlines and service levels
13. Ensuring all records are kept up to date in an accurate and thorough manner
To be a successful Account Handler you will demonstrate:
14. Healthcare Insurance experience of Handling either Group Risk or Group Life risks
15. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work
16. Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
17. A strong work ethic
