Role Overview
We are seeking a female Senior Home Care Assistant to support a female client in their own home, in line with their requested preference. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced carer who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care including dressing, bathing, and toileting
* Administer medication safely and accurately
* Assist with basic food preparation and light housework
* Support clients with shopping and daily living activities
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs
* Take responsibility for the shift and oversee care workers and home carers
* Respond to emergencies and provide guidance to care staff
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and managers
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a care role preferred, but full training is provided
* Care Certificate desirable
* Access to a car for work is required
* UK Driving Licence essential
* Strong communication skills and ability to work flexibly under pressure
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality care

* Pay: From £12.82 per hour
* Generous mileage allowance (25p per mile when using your own car)
