What you will be doing:
* Using the training provided, assist those we support by helping with daily tasks.
* Support in day-to-day life, including social visits, family visits, and outings to local attractions.
* Keep paperwork up to date to ensure everything is recorded for each person living in the home.
* Work positively with colleagues, families, and external organizations to assist in supporting those living in the home.

* Strong communication skills.
* Pride in working with vulnerable people and a serious approach to safeguarding responsibilities.
* Effective decision-making and judgment.
* Strong planning and organization skills.
* Ability to achieve all Health & Safety standards.
