Job Title: Senior Sales Development– Mailing & Communication Solutions
Location: Remote (with one monthly office visit)
Salary: Very competitive base uncapped commission full benefits package
We’re seeking a high-performing Senior Salesperson to join a well-established and innovative provider of mailing, print, and communication solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to play a key role in accelerating business growth across the UK.
Operating remotely, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and selling a range of high-quality services that help organisations deliver critical communications efficiently and securely.
Full product range you can sell includes: one-piece mailers and bulk mail, packs, traditional direct mail, transactional mail, hybrid mail, digital mail rooms, UK & international mail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business sales across targeted sectors, identifying and converting leads into long-term clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Understand client requirements and tailor solutions from a comprehensive suite of mailing and communication services
* Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets
* Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, client services) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
* Provide regular forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market feedback
About You:
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in mailing, print, communication services, or related industries
* Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Consultative selling style with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
* Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Willingness to attend a monthly team day at the company’s South East-based office
