Litigation Solicitor Locations: Birmingham / Stafford / Northampton (flexible)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and well-established litigation team. This role offers flexibility on location, with the opportunity to be based in Birmingham, Stafford, or Northampton, depending on the successful candidate’s preference.
The Role You will manage a varied and stimulating caseload of litigation matters, acting for a broad range of clients and working closely with colleagues across the firm. The role offers a high level of autonomy, alongside support from a collaborative and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities

* Managing a full litigation caseload from inception to conclusion
\t
* Advising clients on disputes and providing clear, practical legal advice
\t
* Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and court documents
\t
* Conducting negotiations and representing clients where appropriate
\t
* Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules
\t
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\t
* Contributing to the development and growth of the litigation department
About You
\t
* Experience in litigation (level of PQE flexible and open to discussion)
\t
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
\t
* Excellent communication and client care skills
\t
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\t
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach
