About the Role
Cleaning & Waste Removal
Sweep and clean outdoor areas to remove litter, debris, and leaves etc. This includes:
Streets and walkways.
Areas next to highways and properties such as backings, channels, footways, planters, shrubbed areas, and grass verges.
Highways
Travel with colleagues to usual geographical area.
When required, travel with colleagues to other locations to carry out responsive cleaning e.g. when something unexpected has happened e.g. a spillage, RTA, or dumping of waste.
Housing Estates
Sweep and clean other outdoor areas and fixtures such as carparks, courtyards and benches to remove litter, debris, leaves, etc.
Assist with the moving of items that have been illegally dumped such as furniture and white goods.
