We’re looking for a friendly, hard-working HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources department.
To be successful you will have at least 1 year of experience working in Human Resources, have solid experience in payroll, absence reporting and general HR administration. Ideally, you’ll have at least some familiarity with sick pay processing. As a member of the HR Team, you’ll need to be able to communicate at all levels and maintain strict confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with all issues.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys a variety of HR duties, administrative tasks and can work within a team to continuously improve the services we provide.
As a hybrid role, there is a requirement to work on site for at least 2 days per week, at our Lancashire, Blackpool site. A valid driving licence and access to own transport would be beneficial.
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
 * 1 year experience in the field of HR (minimum)
 * Payroll
 * Absence reporting
 * Sick pay processing
 * CIPD level 3 and above (desirable but not essential)
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills
 * Ability to manage and maintain spreadsheets, and ensure data held on our HRIS is up to date and accurate
 * Excellent organisational skills
 * Excellent attention to detail
 * Self -motivated and able to work independently
 * Excellent team working skills
 * Demonstrate maturity and excellent inter-personal skills
