In this role, you will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and support to the customers every day. Ideally you will have worked in a call centre background, and you'll be supervising for both Customer Service and Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team of customer service agents
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
* Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally
* Assist with training new team members
* Ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently met
* Report on team performance and identify areas for improvement
