Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm with a commitment to quality and integrity, is seeking a skilled professional to join their respected Private Client team in Tonbridge. The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a varied Private Client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney
* Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate matters
* Building strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and a personalised approach
* Contributing to business development and the ongoing success of the department
Requirements: What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-6 years PQE
* Recent Private Client experience gained within a UK law firm
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, tax, and estate planning
* STEP qualification (or working towards) highly desirableExcellent communication and client care skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

Working Arrangements & Location
* Location: Tonbridge, Kent
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week in the office, flexible remote arrangements
