Learning Experience Designer
Location: Manchester, UK (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
Duration: 12 months contract
To own and drive the digital design vision of the learning experience offering, with extensive thought leadership in the creation and curation delivery of impactful and innovative learning experiences to meet identified knowledge, skill, performance and behaviour gaps.
This role will manage all branding including the safeguarding of visual content quality and integrity, including working or consulting cross-departmentally with the other People Team COE’s and / or with external Agency content, design and delivery teams.
This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships between internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors to drive the digital design of the global Learning & Development initiatives in line with the L&D strategy and wider business needs.
Responsibilities:
To create, organize and maintain a centralized knowledge base for Talent Development digital content, including governance on quality, asset management and licenses as well as processes and templates and ensure all solutions are built with the learner experience as a priority.
