About the Role As a Night Support Assistant, you will play a key role in providing overnight care and support for pupils and students aged 5-19 within our residential setting. You'll help ensure their wellbeing, comfort, and safety throughout the night, offering reassurance and practical support as needed. Working as a Night Support Assistant, you'll: Provide high-quality, person-centred care during night hours. Support pupils/students with bedtime and morning routines.
