Northampton - Team Member - Costa
Our Site Director, Kersh, and his team at Northampton Services on the M1 near Northampton are looking for an energetic and adaptable Team Member to join their Costa team. You will be part of the prestigious Costa brand, creating and serving delicious Costa drinks, pastries, and freshly prepared food. You're sure to enjoy Costa Coffee as much as our customers do.
We offer flexible working patterns on either a Full or Part Time basis, with a variety of shifts available.
Pay rates vary depending on your age.

While experience in a similar or customer-facing role is ideal, it is not required. We value passion for customer service, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile.
If you're new to this type of role, don't worry! Full training will be provided to help you become an excellent Barista and support your personal and professional growth.
