As a result of continued growth, we are looking to add to our team of telephone-based sales teams in Chesterfield!

As a Car Credit Adviser, you will:
* Interact with customers who have already applied for car finance online via various different online channels –no cold calling.
* Guide customers through the process, from enquiry to completion of their agreement for their new car
* Build rapport with your pipeline of customers to offer a positive experience
* Receive comprehensive training to ensure you work within our regulatory framework (FCA) while having the freedom to speak authentically to customers
* Offer customers our comprehensive warranty solution as part of their finance agreement

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving KPI’s around finance agreements completed and warranty sales via inbound and outbound telephone calls
* Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and product knowledge
* Offer clear and transparent finance options to customers in line with FCA regulations
* Multi-task effectively with a keen eye for detail
* Working collaboratively with your colleagues to support team and business targets
Key Requirements for the role:
* Customer service and/or sales experience, whether telephone-based, face-to-face, or via digital channels
* Growth mindset – we are a rapidly growing business that needs individuals capable of embracing change!
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Excellent telephone and/or webchat skills.
* Good organisational skills.
* Regulatory knowledge and understanding of finance products.
* Professional approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Positive attitude with attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexible hours between 8.30am and 6.30pm and one regular weekend day (40 hour / 5 day working week) .
* Ability to commute to Chesterfield (Catchment area of Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire)
