Automotive Service Administrator Required in Crawley, West Sussex
1. Location: Crawley, West Sussex
2. Pay: £30k Basic + £38k OTE
3. Hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday ONLY!

Our client a Franchised Car Dealership are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at a reputable Car Dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. Responsibilities of a Service Administrator:
4. Managing service bookings and appointments efficiently
5. Liaising with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates
6. Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks
7. Handling administrative duties such as invoicing, filing, and data entry
8. Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
9. Proven experience in administrative or customer service advising positions, preferably in the automotive industry
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills
11. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keyloop (Kerridge)
13. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
