How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four*?
Our colleagues’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).
If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!

We’re looking for a Practitioner Psychologist. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the developing clinical service and to work closely with the Lead Clinician to develop the clinical provision in line with neurodiversity and intersectionality-affirming therapeutic support.
This is a varied role ideal for those seeking a new challenge where you can truly impact service development and drive transformational change.
About the role
We are expanding our clinical service during a time of growth. We currently have an opportunity for a Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Team. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This role offers a chance to join the team as they expand clinical provision, making a real difference with a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, with full support from our experienced Clinical Team. You will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. This role is both challenging and rewarding, suited for a resilient, enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach and decision-making ability, capable of managing their workload.
Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where pupils can flourish, always prioritizing their well-being. All settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, with pupils being heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them where possible.
We aim for excellence in pupil care, which is why we are the leading service provider in the UK. We seek a Practitioner Psychologist who shares our vision: to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to be happy and independent.
