Civil Engineering Associate / Director Designate

A growing, design-focused Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy is seeking to appoint a Chartered Civil Engineer at Associate to Director designate level to support its continued expansion in Leicester.
The business has developed an extensive and varied portfolio of work across sectors including large-scale residential developments, commercial schemes, healthcare, education, regeneration and retail projects, as well as more specialist and technically challenging structures. With a reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions, they continue to attract repeat business from a strong and loyal client base.
This is a key leadership role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to influence both project delivery and the strategic direction of the business. You will oversee a portfolio of infrastructure projects, provide technical leadership to the Civil Engineering team and ensure that high standards are consistently achieved across all work.
You will also play a significant role in client engagement, working closely with developers, architects and contractors to develop practical and innovative solutions that meet project constraints. The ability to anticipate challenges and provide commercially aware solutions will be essential.
Given the seniority of the role and requirement for client meetings and site presence, a full UK driving licence is essential.
