Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for an Insurance Adviser to join our High Net Worth & Private Client team in their Taunton office.
We are seeking a relationship-driven insurance professional to act as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth clients. As an Insurance Adviser, you will be required to provide exceptional service and advice, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, supporting the team to achieve income targets in respect of both existing and new clients and in support of the business strategy.

What you'll be doing
* Delivering bespoke private client support by offering tailored advice and exceptional service to our High Net Worth client base, ensuring their complex needs are fully understood and met
* Managing renewals and mid term adjustments for existing clients in a professional and timely manner
* Completing market presentations and/or obtaining new business quotations, both directly for new clients and on behalf of Account Executives, within necessary timescales
* Ensuring all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner, including the collection of client money
* Providing proactive, holistic private client advice; completing detailed client reviews, identifying gaps in cover, recommending tailored solutions, and introducing additional products where relevant, to ensure they receive a fully comprehensive service.
What you'll need to have
* Confidence and capability of building rapport with both clients and insurance partners, ensuring strong and enduring relationships
* Ability to provide holistic, advice based reviews and recommendations to clients
* Tenacious, resourceful and motivated to secure the best outcome for your clients and in achieving performance targets
* Good organisation and time management skills to meet necessary deadlines
* Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment
What makes you stand out
* Previous experience within the insurance industry (ideally handling high-net-worth)
* Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance (hold or willing to work towards)
