We are currently looking for a Housing Officer to join our Housing Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will have a housing-related qualification (equivalent to at least CIH Level 4) or relevant experience in a similar role and should be a member of a professional housing body. They should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:
* Managing a busy workload across a wide range of housing services
* Identifying support requirements and providing a referral and advice service
* Conducting pre-let interviews, accompanied viewings and sign-ups
* Working alongside other colleagues to support income management processes
* Working to set standards, frameworks, performance measures and protocols
* Establishing effective external working relationships with partners and external stakeholders
A full driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential for this role.
