Job Description Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Sage Support Consultant(s) to join our team of Sage experts who are dynamic individuals with an outlook of excellence & success. Sage training will be given if you do not already hold an accreditation. We are experiencing rapid growth in our client base, and we seeking an additional Support Consultant to join for our team and help our Customers get the most out of their Financial Solution. Y ou’ll identify customer needs, troubleshoot any software and system issues, and drive first-contact resolution. Your problem-solving skills will ensure our customers get the most out of their products and service. Ideal candidate will already be working in a Financial software support position or have prior accounting role knowledge or experience looking to develop a role into Customer Software Service support. Job Duties and Responsibilities Receiving and answering support tickets via a variety of channels from customers on the support helpdesk to work towards resolving cases whilst meeting SLA’s. Adapting communication style to meet Customer need. Providing clear and calm support. Problem analysis and investigation work. Data investigation work and report writing. To carry out other support duties that may be required. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners Identify opportunities for Customer Success and Business Growth Pro-active self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and prioritise your own workload. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and contribute to our knowledge base. Experience and Education Requirements Technical or Customer support experience Sage product suite including: Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage Intacct Industry experience in areas such as Project Accounting, Manufacturing, Construction Third party Marketplace solutions such as: Sicon, Draycir, Yooz, Paperless Accounting background or proven accreditation such as AAT IT Systems experience including a great understanding of Microsoft Office, SQL Accreditations would be highly advantageous, but full training will be given Strong communication skills, creativity, and great attention to detail Strong problem solving skills and ownership of issues end to end to achieve great outcomes Role Requirements Clean driving license preferable Commutable to Mold, Flintshire Remote workers can be considered dependant on experience What do we offer? 23 days holiday (increasing to 26 days) plus bank holidays.
