One Garden Brighton is looking for a dynamic Retail & Hospitality Supervisor to help lead our commercial outlets and ensure every visitor receives outstanding service-every time. About the Role As a key member of our team, you'll support the Retail & Hospitality Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail and food & beverage outlets. You'll lead by example, mentor seasonal staff, and ensure our spaces are welcoming, well-stocked, and beautifully presented. From managing stock and EPOS systems to coordinating events and driving sales, your role will be central to our success.
