Purpose of the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who has a solid foundation across multiple marketing channels and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to help plan, deliver, and track campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Assist in planning, executing and optimising marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and events
* Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
* Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring consistency in tone and brand
* Support website updates (e.g., uploading content, basic CMS management)
* Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
* Help manage email marketing campaigns (build, test, send, and report)
* Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or suppliers
* Assist with event planning, webinars, or trade shows
* Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
* Conduct basic market and competitor research
* Support lead generation initiatives, including paid media
* Ensure all marketing activities align with brand, audience, and regional targeting strategies
* Assist in adapting content for cultural relevance and localisation
* Contribute ideas for content themes, campaigns and storytelling opportunities
* Support workflow and automation setup for email and nurture campaigns
* Experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot Content Hub
What we’re looking for
* 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role (generalist preferred)
* Relevant Degree level education preferredBasic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, web, SEO)
* Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working collaboratively in a team
* Experience with CMS platforms
* Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
* Exposure to paid media or campaign management
* Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
* Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot
