PA & Office Manager

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive PA & Office Manager to ensure our business runs like clockwork. You will be the primary support for the Managing Director and General Manager, while also taking ownership of our physical workspace, health and safety, and team culture.
This is a hub role where no two days are the same. You will move from managing executive priorities to coordinating health and safety, to planning company events and birthdays, and supporting our HR processes.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support (PA)
* Gatekeeping: Manage the MD’s diary and communications, ensuring they are focused on high‑priority tasks.
* Documentation: Prepare agendas, take minutes in leadership meetings, and track action items to completion.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personnel information with total discretion.
Office & Operations Management
* Health & Safety: Act as the H&S coordinator. Assist the GM with risk assessments, fire safety checks, and maintaining the accident book.
* Procurement: Manage stock levels for office supplies and assist with ordering packaging for products.
* Facility Oversight: Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance contractors, and utilities to keep the office running smoothly.
People & Culture
* HR Coordination: Maintain our HR system, update employee files, and coordinate the recruitment/onboarding process.
* Culture Lead: Plan and execute company events, from national day celebrations to larger seasonal events. This includes ensuring birthdays and wins are celebrated!
* Point of Contact: Be the friendly, professional face of the business for staff queries and external visitors.

* The Communicator: You can write a professional email to a supplier and then jump into a team meeting to boost morale.
* The Problem‑Solver: When a printer breaks or a packaging shipment is late, you’re already on the phone finding a solution.
* Additional if interested: The Learner: You are interested in HR/People operations and are excited by the prospect of completing a CIPD Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside your role.
