About Our Client
Michael Page are working with with a highly reputable, industry leading company going through a period of growth. They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team at an exciting time for the business.
Job Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
3. Purchase ledger duties as required
4. Monthly and Mid-month payment runs.
5. Assist with Sales ledger invoices
6. Payment on Account reconciliations
7. Bank reconciliations
8. Assist with audit requirements as directed.
9. Intercompany recharge invoices
10. Credit Control
11. Provide assistance to management accounts as required.
12. Any other duties as and when required.
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
13. Previous experience in a similar role - Required
14. Strong understanding of the reconciliations process - Required
15. Excellent communication skills written and verbal - Required
16. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
17. Previous Sage experience - Desirable
18. High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
