Your new role
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the business, leading a team and creating and tracking relevant KPIs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing metrics for constant improvement of operations and optimising processes to reduce manufacturing costs and maximise GMP production throughput. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects with cross-functional teams to achieve factory goals. You will ensure that the health, safety, and environmental impact policies of the sites are successfully implemented.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for the role will have a Bachelors Degree in a related field with 10 years experience of working in a highly regulated industry. You should be experienced with Six Sigma, Project Management and Leadership. You should have strong communication skills with a capability for problem solving, strategic, and critical thinking.
