A driven Project Manager is required to join a respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in Central London. This role will see the Project Manager delivering prime residential, commercial office and retail developments across Zones 1 and 2. The Project Manager will manage complex schemes with values ranging from £15m to £120m. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
This Project Manager opportunity offers exposure to high-profile London clients and technically challenging projects. The Project Manager will be entrusted with significant responsibility and will work closely with Senior Project Managers and Directors to ensure successful delivery.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will:
Lead projects through feasibility, design and delivery stages
Develop detailed project execution plans
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams
Administer JCT contracts and manage contractual compliance
Monitor construction progress and programme performance
Manage budgets and report on cost variance
Identify and mitigate project risks
Chair site meetings and design workshops
Liaise with local authorities and statutory bodies
Provide monthly client reports and board-level updates
The Project Manager
The Project Manager will have:
4-7 years' consultancy experience
MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (or working towards)
Experience delivering London-based projects
Strong knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
