We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team in Slough. About the role The role involves leading the accounts receivable function. You will lead and manage a team of leaders and their direct reports. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing: Drive timely and consistent cash collection efforts across all AR segments. Monitor and reduce aged debt percentages and the overall value of accounts receivable. Liaise with project teams, IT, and key business stakeholders to ensure AR functionality, data integrity, and reporting needs are met in SAP. Identify and lead operational improvements to streamline and enhance the Order-to-Cash cycle. Collaborate with operational teams and business directors to highlight systemic issues, propose solutions, and lead implementation of change. We are looking for someone who has experience in an Accounts Receivable leadership role with proven success in managing and developing team leaders.
