The Role
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Delegate Registration in managing the delegate registration team for the Energy Transition Portfolio, including Mining Indaba and 121 Mining Investment. You will collaborate with Marketing and other teams to ensure smooth registration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Finance & Payments: Manage payment allocations, on-site collections, reconciliation, and audits.
* System Management: Oversee system interfaces, train staff, support reporting, and manage registration approval processes.
* General Administration: Improve delegate experience, support onboarding, handle inquiries, issue visa support letters, manage delegate registrations, and provide on-site registration support.
Valued Skills & Competencies:
* Experience in payments or finance
* Tech-savvy with system operation and report generation skills
* High attention to detail, organized, and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English, positive attitude
* Experience in customer service, dealing with VIPs or government delegations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Visit by GES, data management
