Job Objective:
To provide practical field-based service, repairs, and technical support to end users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and performance through a focus on first-time fixes and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out servicing and repairs on Toro and other branded equipment at customer locations.
* Diagnose faults effectively (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic).
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping for all work completed.
* Promote and maintain high safety standards on-site and in the workshop.
* Liaise with the Service Manager and parts team to ensure smooth operations.
* Represent the company positively with a clean, professional image and well-maintained service vehicle.
* Attend training sessions for continuous personal and technical development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic fault-finding experience.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
* Able to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and job tracking systems.
* Willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed.
