We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our BT site in Lutterworth. This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday – Friday, 14:00 – 22:00.
Responsibilities
* Query investigation and resolution of all operational issues
* Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members when sharing group, divisional and team information
* Close analysis, promotion, and identification of areas for improvement within company’s quality management system
* Team building and the preparation of documentation
* Team briefing and staff communication
* Implementation and strict adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
* Experience of working in a complex, fast moving environment in a similar management role
* Demonstrable experience of warehouse management systems
* Experience of managing large shifts
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
