Working within our Technology function in the Online Shopping team, you’ll use data and insight to influence product decisions, improve customer journeys, and measure the impact of change. You’ll help us deliver secure, scalable and customer-focused digital solutions that drive satisfaction and business performance.

Main Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with product, design and technology teams to ensure decisions are driven by meaningful insight. Day-to-day, you will:
8. Build strong partnerships with product and design teams to shape objectives, set measurable goals and influence the roadmap
9. Lead end-to-end analysis – from gathering requirements and defining success metrics to delivering actionable insights
10. Design, run and analyse A/B tests to continuously optimise the customer experience
11. Use data from multiple sources to identify trends, answer business questions and uncover new opportunities
12. Provide clear recommendations that balance customer needs and commercial impact
13. Create engaging, easy-to-understand data visualisations to communicate insights
14. Confidently present findings and represent the team when needed
15. Add context to analysis using external benchmarks and industry comparisons
16. Support fast, data-driven decision-making, especially where trade-offs are required
You will need
We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and passionate about using data to improve digital experiences. Ideally, you will bring:
17. Experience in a digital analytics or similar role
18. A strong track record of using experimentation ( A/B testing) to drive performance and insight
19. Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
20. Experience working with cross-functional teams across the product development lifecycle
21. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to a wide range of audiences
22. Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau (or similar platforms)
