This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting complex offshore projects, ensuring effective contract management and commercial delivery throughout all stages of execution. Working within a collaborative project environment, you’ll engage with multiple stakeholders to develop contracting strategies, lead tendering and negotiation activities, and oversee contractor performance. The role combines hands‑on operational involvement with strategic input, contributing to the efficient delivery of project objectives and the continuous improvement of supply chain practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing effective contract management and contractor performance support to the business and its clients.
* Working with key stakeholders to develop strategies for specific project scopes.
* Leading the tendering, evaluation, and negotiation process for logistics and supporting service contracts.
* Preparing ITT packages, conduct detailed tender evaluations, and assess contract risk.
* Negotiating contractual and commercial terms in line with established contracting principles.
* Managing contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs.
* Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
* Providing advice and guidance to management on contracting and supply chain matters.
* Supporting dispute resolution, cost control, and reporting activities within projects.
About You
* Proven experience in oil and gas contracting with a strong track record of value delivery in supply chain management.
* Skilled in negotiation, tendering, and contract administration.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to identify cost reduction and value creation opportunities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable within a dynamic project environment.
