Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as aSous CheforSenior Chef de Partiein ahigh-volume, quality-focused environment
* A strong background inwedding and event catering—you know how to deliver under pressure and support seamless execution
* A track record ofsupporting, training, and motivating kitchen teamsto maintain consistently high standards
* Financial awareness, with experience in food cost control, GP targets, stock management, and supplier coordination
* Excellentcoaching and delegation skills—you lead by example and support the Head Chef in developing the team
* Highlyorganised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, especially during peak service
* Anempathetic and effective communicatorwith a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
* Strongmenu execution, planning, and problem-solvingabilities
* Able towork 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings as required by the operation
