We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field-Based Account Manager to join my clients reputable Food Production company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base within the Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Swindon regions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize account revenue.
2. **New Business Development:**
- Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients in the designated territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new accounts.
3. **Market Analysis:**
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the company on market demands and potential areas for growth.
4. **Sales Targets:**
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve set objectives.
5. **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Proven experience in a field-based account management role.
