About The Job:
In this role you will:
* Provide commercial financial analysis and insight to support decision-making across the business
* Report and analyse key performance metrics, including product and customer profitability
* Evaluate capital investment opportunities and operational improvements
* Partner with senior stakeholders to support data-driven strategic decisions
* Conduct ad hoc analysis and commercial modelling to improve performance and profitability
* Identify trends and insights from complex data to support business growth initiatives
* Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles
* Collaborate across departments to improve financial visibility and operational performance

About You:
You will ideally have:
* 2+ years’ experience in an analytical or finance role supporting business performance
* The ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends or opportunities
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, question and add value
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
