Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is looking for a Product Manager to join the Operational Excellence team, focusing on Selection and Catalogue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process improvement, good project management skills, experience interfacing with external parties (e.g. Vendors, Sellers, B2B customers), relationship building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
As a Catalogue Expert PM you will be accountable to deliver a dedicated service to a set of vendors across EU to improve their experience on catalogue management. You will become experts in catalogue management, with your Team Leader support you will be accountable to roll out the service to reach specific program goals, to track progresses and work with an offshore team to execute improvements at vendor level. In addition, you will work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. AVS Managers, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Finance) to continuously improve the service and drive scalable processes/system improvements to eliminate catalogue and financial defects.

Amazon Vendor Services team (AVS) develops programs to disproportionately grow vendors on Amazon and seeks to continuously enhance its value proposition to vendors. One of the new programs is the AVS Catalogue Experts, a specialized team to support Retail vendors to improve selection management on Amazon. - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 months professional experience after graduation in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or Consulting.
- Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
