Talent Pool - Early Years Trainer - Nationwide The Role
Realise is seeking qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors and Trainees across all areas of England.
As a Trainer Assessor, your primary focus will be to support learners in achieving their goals through Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to succeed throughout their apprenticeship journey with Realise.
Your key responsibilities are likely to include:
Supporting a caseload of learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely
Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
Developing appropriate solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience and can develop their interests and careers
Utilising an e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

The Salary
If you are a Trainee or qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 3 - £27,500
If you are a qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 5 - £28,500
You can earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer

About You
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential
Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA) is advantageous
A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) is advantageous
Experience in managing your own caseload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
