ROLE DETAILS
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term growth
Proactively identify new revenue opportunities within existing clients
Source products, obtain cost pricing, and prepare accurate quotations
Oversee the full order cycle from enquiry and sourcing through to delivery and invoicing
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable turnaround times
Lead client calls, meetings, and project discussions
Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Respond quickly and effectively to inbound requests and client communications
Maintain high standards of service, organisation, and commercial focus across all accounts
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within promotional merchandise, print, or branded products
Track record of growing accounts and delivering strong revenue results
Strong product sourcing skills and experience working with global suppliers
Confident preparing quotes, managing orders, and overseeing multi-item or complex projects
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects remotely
Self-motivated, dependable, and commercially aware
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
