Phantom Billstickers has been connecting everyone from global brands to local bands with audiences since 1982.
For us, passion and love for the game have always been worth more than blind obedience and playing it safe.
We don’t recruit often. Our people tend to like it here.
This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be out in the field, making sure campaigns are looking sharp, liaising with contractors, and ensuring our standards are never compromised. You’ll be the face of Phantom in Christchurch. You'll be keeping things running smoothly, spotting new opportunities, and making sure we’re delivering for our clients every single day.
What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing all operations across Christchurch, ensuring campaigns go up on time and to Phantom’s standards.
* Leading and supporting a small team of contractors.
* Maintaining and developing Phantom’s site network; from repairs and upgrades to new site opportunities.
* Working alongside the sales team to spot and unlock growth opportunities.
* Championing health & safety and keeping our operations risk-free.
What we’re looking for:
* Someone practical, resourceful, and resilient, you don’t just manage problems, you solve them.
* A natural leader who can bring out the best in contractors and colleagues.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines.
* Preferably 2+ years experience in operations, logistics, or field services (contractor management a plus).
* A full NZ driver’s license and confidence working with your hands (yes, ladders included).
* Local knowledge of Christchurch — you know the neighbourhoods and the streets we live on.
What’s on offer:
* $60–70K salary (depending on experience)
* Company vehicle (manual), laptop, and phone provided
* Health Insurance subsidised after 6 months
* Independence and ownership in your region
* Work for a creative, iconic NZ company that values passion over corporate fluff
* A role that mixes leadership, problem-solving, and being out in the field
