The ideal candidate will love bringing ideas to life, have a fantastic eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects at once. ACCOUNTABILITES This role will involve the following responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement social& digitalstrategyinline with overall marketing plan Manage both the creation and execution of all social media content Track performance ofsocial campaignsand optimise to enhance engagement Become a brand advocate online with effective community engagement Use social listening tools for brand mentions and market opportunities Work with brand ambassadors & influencers on collaboration opportunities Monitor competitor social media activity and report findings Website & Email: Assist the Graphic & Web Designer in updating website content & imagery Support SEO best practices and create content that will attract traffic to our website Design and schedule email campaigns, and report insights to wider team Campaign Support: Assist the Marketing Manager with digital assets for paid advertising & PR Collaborate with Product Marketing on assets required to launch products Coordinate digital content with NPD & Technical for new products Monitor Google Analytics and report insights on digital campaign performance Direct Report: Mentor & develop a Marketing Assistant currently on a 2 Year Apprenticeship Offer guidance, knowledge and training to help upskill them SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar role ideally with at least 3 years experience Confident in managing multiple social channels for a brand or agency Strong writing and editing skills Solid experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar Understanding of digital performance metrics Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects Excellent organisational skills Ability to work well in a team, as well as using own initiative Full Driving Licence Skills: Social Media Marketing Graphic Design Marketing Strategy Benefits: Competitive Salary 4 Day Working Week Health Cash Plan Life Assurance Free On Site Parking Employee Discount
