What you’ll do:
* Deliver complex neuropsychological assessments and interventions.
* Develop tailored rehabilitation programmes that create real results.
* Communicate with empathy and authority – even when conversations are challenging.
* Provide expert advice that shapes diagnoses, treatment plans, and team decisions.
* Mentor, guide, and supervise the Assistant Psychologist and therapy colleagues.
* Lead with confidence, ensuring high standards across the service.
What you bring:
* A recognised degree in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field.
* At least 3–5 years of hands-on clinical experience, ideally with neurological conditions.
* Proven ability to handle complex cases, make tough calls, and keep standards high.
* Experience with acquired or traumatic brain injuries (preferred).
* A deep understanding of the challenges faced by people with neurological problems.
