Account Director
£50,000–£65,000 + Bonus
Norwich (2 days/week hybrid)

Responsibilities
* Lead client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring commercial and performance goals are exceeded
* Build trusted partnerships with internal technical specialists and external stakeholders
* Shape and deliver strategic marketing plans across SEO, paid media and digital
* Drive account growth through insight-led recommendations and excellent service
* Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver best-in-class client experiences
Your Profile
* Senior-level experience in digital account management, either agency or client-side
* Strong grasp of SEO, paid media, and performance marketing strategy
* Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder accounts and grow client revenue
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
